4. Shipping & Delivery

Damaged or Lost Packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 3 days of delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we have a strict return policy:
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact
Electronic devices and vaporizers are non-returnable once opened
Glass products must be inspected immediately upon delivery; damage claims must be filed within 3 days
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
